Built within a lush estate, this residence navigates a sloping site by guiding visitors from a street-level entrance down into a secluded garden. The design balances spacious interiors with functional landscapes, featuring dynamic public spaces and a hybrid ventilation system that harmonizes modern thermal control with traditional architectural elements.
